all things equal, driver etc. Stock GTO is faster than a Stock LT1 F-body.
Last time I checked an LSx engine, with a heads/cam swap etc etc did not consitute as stock, must be what they put in the water down there

I like the idea, and I’m glad they finally started introducing that line in the U.S. I think the front of the G8 is a bit ugly, too similar to the Vibe.
But really, GM had no good looking sedans for such a long time, I suppose that was a pretty good effort.
I’m not going to spend 30+ on any car for a while, but all things being equal, I’d rock one.
STS-V = auto tranny so… CTS-V > STS-V
if we’re being really impractical & don’rt mind a auto … XLR-V > all other V’s

CTS-V is the way to go being its a 6spd awd drive LSx style motor. the performance list of parts is higher then the sts-v
