quick question…these axle shafts come apart at the inner joint where the 8 Allen head bolts are at right? They don’t pop out? That should be the next thing out and then I can start unbolting the motor mounts

They should, but if they haven’t been changed in a while they may be stuck in there and will take a little pursuading to get out.
