They have a few locally up here. Probably a narrower market for 900-1200 handguns.
yeah. i reccomend getting a tle in whatever model you chose. they have night sights and front strap checkering.
So IDK man, the mag wobbles okay but other than that it’s a good gun and very solid.
The mags that came with it have play from side to side , NOT a big deal at all. You have so many guns, you got enough.
Might be worth a search on NYfirearms.com but I believe there is an easy fix for the mag wobble on the WASR10s. Either way GLWS
Since the infamous date approaches, 12-21-2012, I’ve started to prepare my zombie apocalypse kit. I call it Zombie Apocalypse - Level 1
With all this face eating and acts of cannibalism in the news lately, you can never be too prepared. With a few thousand rounds of ammo, my trusty K-bar, 2 of my favorite weapon systems, and some MRE(s) - meals ready to eat - for you civilian types, I should be able to hold out for a while.
I LOVE the furniture on that AK. WHo is it by?
Very nice assembly. :number1
heres youre gun… yea the magazine wobbles … WUTT
would definetly smash
I gotta start watching American Guns more.
(the show she’s on)
just got my 5" kimber stainless 2 purchased and registered. Will be at the range with it saturday.
Did you get the tle??
Front strap checkering is real nice to have.
No I just got the standard stainless 2 they had it in stock in at gander. I didn’t want to wait to special order something else. Unfortunetly Clinton county issues all permits restricted so this will never be a carry weapon. Even if I do manage to get my amended to unrestricted carry conceal at a later date this thing is too big for me to carry concealed. It’s just a range toy that has been on my bucket list.
Its absolutely stock, just cleaned it up myself.
understood…
but front strap checkering has nothing to do with carrying. gives you much more control and a better grip while at the range IMO.
they are not that big to carry either. a good belt and good holster and you dont know its there. they are thinner than a lot of guns.
I agree that the checkering would probably make it easier to hold and control, but for how I’m going to use the firearm it really won’t make a huge difference. My inference was that I would be willing to pay the extra money and wait the 3 months if I was going to carry it, because if I thought I might need to defend myself with the weapon it would be worth it.
On another topic anybody have any idea what the value would be a on preban glock 17 10mm that is NIB and never fired. Friend has one and want to sell he has had since new in 93
its not worth anymore than a new one, if anything its less. pre ban means nothing with handguns, alls that matters are if the mags are pre ban. you can get preban mags easy with a little internet surfing. as far as model you said glock 17 which is a fullsize 9mm, but then you said 10mm? which isnt it, because there is no such things as a 10mm model 17…
Going by what he said he is sure it’s a 10mm and he thought it was a model 17. I’ve been traveling for work all week and haven’t had time to do the research to figure out which model number it should be.
Should be a Glock 20.
Werd. Well if it is def a 10mm like the above poster said it should be a 20. I don’t believe the subcompact 10mm was around back then.
Either way like I said it doesn’t mean much, personally I’d rather have a newer one over that. It won’t have a rail, old grip texture.
