No, actually I am not Jason. One of the “agreements” when I towed this POS up here is that I would not charge storage fees. I’m a man of my word and am sticking to that. I could charge $15-$25 per day since I brought it here(mid-late Sept '08)
your agreement is null and void and under false pretenses. Its not “going back on your word” simply because you made an agreement based on what you now know is a lie.
and besides, travis isn’t even part of this equation anymore. I would say charge storage simply for your aggravation and taking your valuable time that you could have been working on cars and putting food on your families table, but instead you were running around chasing the proverbial white rabbit.
How long did he say the car would be there for? I know you werent under the assumptiono that itd be there from september to april. So charge storage dates starting after the estimated time he said he’d have it gone by.
