The rich don't pay their fair share in taxes!!

a lot

I don’t complain about much really but I am vocal on a couple of things.

thanks.

I understand what your saying and where your coming from on this though.

Truth x1000000000000000000000

This is your own fault if you failed to get the correct tax numbers and check them against other houses/properties in the area that were similar to yours you would have known what you are looking at ahead of time.

You would cry if you knew what my tax bill was… gotta love the south.

You’re right, here’s a cookie, now STFU.
I never should have assumed after looking at dozens of homes for sale in the area for years that my taxes would be even remotely close to what they pay.
WTF was I thinking, who would ever think that NY/EA had something that was even remotely close to a kind of balance in property taxes?
I should have read the part of the tax code that says “we fuck new builds in the ass, dry”.

Don’t feel sorry for me.
Feel sorry for my business associates that are going to miss out on the “trickle down”.
Believe me this will effect others more than me in the long run.

I had already talked to some contractors about plowing, mowing, etc, etc, etc.
They will not see a penny of my money now.

Socialist ideals?

Getting paid twice as much?

I guess you are against free public education as well.

Ummmmmm, yeah I am against government educational systems but lets not go there in this thread.

So you don’t think everyone should receive a free education?

If I had to guess, he’s against the way public schools are run. Someone here posted the cost per student at a top-notch private school and then at a Buffalo public school. It’s insane how much more the public school spends for a lower quality education. Government-run programs tend to become very bloated and inefficient.

:picard:
If private schools had to take the dregs that Buffalo schools do, they’d have the same test scores. We’ve been through this before. You need the raw materials to get a good finished product. I’m not joining in another AWDrifter bitch fest, so im out. I think he should seriously consider selling his house and buying an uninhabited island, since he doesn’t seem to want any of the services the government provides.

Define free.

Like I said, not this thread.

There are so many factors for that comparison if you simply look at the numbers you will be missing most of the information.

Lets not forget that teachers in the Private sector get paid half as much as in the public sector. Thats below poverty.

Make more money…

really?

I have no knowledge of this subject but find that hard to believe.

yes. really. its gross. a lot of teachers fresh out of college have to basically serve slave labor in either a private school or down south until they can get experience and make a living wage.

x2. Private school salary averages less than 20k a year. Average starting salary in a public school is 34k.

When you have to have a masters to teach in NY you better be getting paid atleast 30k starting.

i cant imagine going to school for so long, being in that much debt and only getting 30k/year. ugh.

not to mention you have to put up with little shits all day long.

my hat’s off to you teachers.

Nearly half of all teachers quit within 5 years. Its job you have to love, which I do. And don’t let anyone say that we do it to have July and August off because for the past 4 years I have worked in the summer either as a summer school teacher, part time machinist and even at walmart.

:crap:
