The time is coming, v. New car ideas?

Newer is better, ie, id like 05 or newer, unless a low mileage deal came along, no older than 03 will be thought of.

Id like to keep my budget around 25k, lower is better, if I really like it, maybe a bit more.

I wanted something with decent power and fun to drive, but in reality, I drive alot for the new job and need adequate room for clients, decent mileage, so speed, although a nice is not a prerequistite

I love toys, I want the car to have nav, heated seats, etc etc

This car will be driven all year round, i have the bike for a summer toy. But w/e.

Idea’s so far have been… BMW M3, CLK55 AMG, Acura RL (do these have many problems), Audi S4, IS 250… any other ideas that fit the bill?

Honestly the Acura RL really has been appealing since i’ve seen the price of them fall to mid 20’s. Certified Acuras are easy to come around and the warranty seems decent. Do they have any common problems to look for?

find me one for around 25 with nav and heated seats etc etc… and ill buy it… i was totally unimpressed by the interior on the 135 i drove though and nicely optioned it was 45k, not something i feel like trying to budget into my life at this point.

Get a Civic Si and get rid of that ghastly wing and boy-racer wheels.

I didn’t know the RL’s tanked so much. 50k+ mile loaded ones are going for less than 20k.

How many clients will need to fit in the car? Will a four door be necessary. Legacy GTs are pretty sweet. Not sure if you will find one that loaded in your price range though.

The M3 or MB are both going to be high mileage / not so great cars for under $25k. A B6 S4 gets horrid mileage, so I wouldn’t want one for high volume driving. I’d vote IS or RL

CTS-V? you can pick up an avg mileage 05 for that price probably with the 6 speed.
