what’s the car in Theory Of A Deadman’s “All Or Nothing” vid?
its obviously a 50ish something, the grille/bumper and taillights have me stumped
I searched a bunch of different models/makes but couldn’t find that exact one
looks like a 49’-ish Merc
to me it looks like an early 50’s oldsmobile with a custom/aftermarket grille…
the hood/headlights resemble merc, but the merc’s didn’t have the flared rear quarters like the car in the video, and oldsmobiles did
I’m thinking mercury. Chopped, and various custom chrome.

I was thinking merc too at first but 49-50 mercs have more of a slantback/fastback than the car in the vid

Yes it is a 53 chevy, my uncle has two fully built all original body’s sitting in his garage.

A very custom 53 Chevy with a Mercury grill and chopped roof.
Old style lead sled custom.
The grill is standard 53 Chevy with more teeth added to it.

True. I was watching it in a small window at work so I couldn’t pay that much attention to the details.
man the more i look at that cl one I almost hate to cut it up its in such good shape
that one is begging for a restore. depending on how the interior is it doesn’t look like it needs much work.
