First day on my new job today. Orientation for 2 weeks, so basically, I work along with someone else for the next 2 weeks. Today went pretty good though.

I agree, micro managing is retarded… If anyone has ever been on the short end of someone micromanaging you, then you know hwo bad it sucks to have someone up your ass constantly.
