yeah forgot about the diesel…just crazy!

and i dont think they ran 65 pis on that motor. it probly was proven to run 65psi on something else, or theoretically i’m not sure. there is no way in HELL that motor could handle 65psi.

27 psi made 1100whp… 65 would make for one hell of a grenade

I don’t feel like going back through the article right now, but I thought they saw 27psi after the turbos, but 40+ in the actual intake after the SC?

The turbo boost showed 27 psi, while the mani-fold saw a peak of 44 psi

That means the motor was seeing 44psi. I just have trouble buying a stock long-block, or even a fully built (which they pretty much are stock) long-block based on a factory casting eating 44psi.
