chris, you were paid $3000+ cash, from MY POCKET to sign you off the companies operating agreement over a year ago. The only thing tying you to the name at all is where NYSDOS says any process paper work may be served to you, which was found out a few months ago when we discussed the split and papers were sent in to change that. It was an oversight when that all went down.
it was deleted because it should not have been here in the first place. What happens behind our closed doors is left there to deal with between the owners. its called professionalism. Call me out on anything customer related as you see fit, any of you, when it comes to interworkings in a company that is not public affair.
As for being bad for business, find that out next year when I don’t have anyone but myself and my family to “keep the doors open”.

And about Mike… Mike is a fucking genius… He really truely is… The kid could do annyyythiinnngg and make a shit ton of money if he A., had good business sense or B, listened to someone that did… Me and Mike planned on opening up a dealership togeather in which now stands “Capital Region Cars” to be the same initials as CRC, but Mike was just all over the place on his ideas and how he wanted to run things. First we were gonna buy a building at point a, then point b, then point c, then he tells me he wants to build one at his house in east bumblefuck where it would only be convenient for him and not customers nor myself. Then he wants to do all kinds of auto repair and bodywork then only mechanical and then strictly fabricating and me not having my pawnshop anymore and needing to make loot just moved on… Needless to say, I still like Mike alot, dont think hell ever get ahead or succeed in business with his current tactics however… I’ve been in business at “capital region cars” for 2 months and have probably netted 15-20k thus far… Not thats its about the money, but I feel like I know what it takes to run & succeed in a business… Shiny red hyundais, tiny 4 cyl civics and $500 ford explorers sell, not 67 chargers that take 6 months to restore, which was mikes direction.
Anyway, Capital Region Customs doesnt even exsist anymore so why are both of you guys still going back and fourth? lol
