Too late for a career change? :’(
PJB makes more money than a newbie pilot. Yeah, really.
Plenty of pilots make very good $, especially after you’ve been seasoned for a bit.
With that said however, the salary range varies greatly.
They still have the best few from their “desk”
But I am a pilot Vlad, didn’t you know this?
Those were some of the best flying shots I’ve ever seen
did you see the one shot of the chem trails at 1:30?
Small difference between cessna and these babies :tongue (but very cool non the less to have the hours, I’ve looked into it)
Was waiting on that :crackup
To be a pilot in the French Air Force you just show up.
Moar
and another.
Some shots are repeated as I’m sure there is a limited amount of epic air to air quality shots including a number of fighters, but you can’t ever get enough
musta straped the go-pro hd to the wing or some shit LOL
You realize what I do for a living, right?:crackup Aviation ain’t what it used to be, brotha
Play trial and error with planes right? :tongue
I understand that you have a bit more hands on experience with the pilots but the long term career track didn’t look half bad upon research, which is what I was going by.
Serious question.
How often do you get to fly?
Varies with the job. With Colgan, I could fly anywhere in the world for next to nothing. Other jobs, I had the option to go on maintenance test flights (no thanks). Starting pilots make about 18K a year…yeah, really!
That must have been nice (near free flight), did you take advantage of that?
And some 2004 data I’ve seen - starting is just about right with what you say, but look at 10 year.
merican Airlines: 1st yr F/O: $31,080 and 10th yr Captain $123,420
Delta Airlines: 1st yr F/O: $50,400 and 10th yr Captain $204,636
UPS: 1st yr F/O: $26,004 and 10th yr Captain $200,508
Southwest: 1st yr F/O: $42,960 and 10th yr Captain $159,000
ATA: 1st yr F/O: $36,000 and 10th yr Captain $136,632
Airborne Express: 1st yr F/O $28,536 and 10th yr Captain $146,184

And another talking about the median
In 2009, median income for commercial pilots was $65,840, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Budding aviators should know, however, that many jobs at regional airlines come with low pay for long hours. And often, you have to pay for your own training, which can be expensive.

Starting may be low, but it would appear if you stick to it, you make out rather well.
good shit
spreading mclearngp’s chemtrails o noes
and your never home, living out of hotels most of the time.
