Thought a GT-R transmission was expensive?

car had been previously blacklisted

besides, the little black box records the AP flashes, they would know it was modded at some point

He was already black listed from previous mods.

I’ll put virtually any amount of money that he ran low on oil and that caused the failure, not the mods. Those blocks are extremely stout.

buahahahaha the screaming from sumo is awesome. Sounds like howard dean

pay = play

You can buy a used GTR for 55k…

I was thinking it might be something like that

These motors are hand built and I assume they do that so that the tolerances and stuff are spot on.

They aren’t actually hand built, but sure. It’s also a closed deck block and will take a shit ton more power than they put out stock. The one I drove through NYC is putting out around 600whp now.

Everyone knows it doesn’t take a shit ton worth of power to blow a motor, any idiot with a crappy tune can do it on a relatively stock motor. :cough:goggle:cough:

STM?

Hey man, engines are expensive, that’s why they went to Buscher.

If that was my car I’d claim it stolen.

36K isn’t that unreasonable for what it is I guess.

I highly doubt there was any design failure to this problem. I don’t have any particular liking or disliking to this car but I blame the owner 100% not Nissan.

If a guy had a pullie tune long tubes and injectors on a ZR1 and it broke would you blaim GM?

More than you can afford PAL: GTR!

the car did have a cobb access port…

My comment was in response to MPD

lol @ goggle

i’m sure it was 55k after all labor and shipping to Lebanon

ls1 swap?

good luck getting a non stock engine to play nice with all the electronics in the car…

better off selling the shell to a race team or drift team and buying a used GTR
