hey guys, so it finally caught up to me. so now to my question… is a ticket for unlicensed operation, and agravted inlicensed operation in the 3rd, the same ticket or no?? it was a bad night in general, 4 tickets and my car is no impounded. yay.

the license is suspended due to a fine.
there is also alot of wrong info on the tickets, such as it says i have a CDL A license, and also the mailing addy is wrong

I’ve heard just the opposite. Someone posted something not long ago that basically stated that doesnt matter in the least bit within reason
WRONG.
On a simple information, such as a traffic ticket, as long as the officer can still prove who was driving, and what car etc etc it was the information will stand up in court.
