My dad got a ticket in the town of Wheatland or some crap near Rochester and the fine was not that bad about $50.00…and the damn surcharge was fucking $85.00. He was going 74 in a 65. So altogether he paid $135.00, not horrible but they rapped him in the ass with the surcharge.
why not just ask your brother? He’s had one or two of just about every possibly ticket.
OK from experience:
I ran from the cops on sheridan after racing. I recieved 2 speeding tickets 65 in a 35 and, 75 in a 40. I also got failure to stop for a stop sign. Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. and I believe two or three more tickets.
They were all reduced to two parking tickets adding up to $140.00 with no points and no school.
TVB. Get a lawyer.
LOL :bigclap: This post made my morning.
SEARCH, all I had to do was type in “ticket”

Plan on it. Fuck. I was just going with the flow of the traffic too. I was even in the right lane.
Whoa bro. Does your car have a turbo or some crazy shit? 65 and 75 mph is soooo fast, I’m surpised the cops could even SEE you going that fast
Whoa, you didn’t kill yourself yet? What’s taking soo long?
I love you
I didn’t search anything sinc ei was using my phone when i posted this and it woulda taken too long. Was just lookin for a quick answer. So im assuming i should just go to the court date plead innocent and hope they reduce right?
plead not guilty on the ticket…go to court dressed appropriately and try and get it reduced.
Do i have to plead not guilty on the ticket and send it in or can i just show up on the court date and plead not guilty then?
i’d send it in
Last time I checked you could not send anything in, and it would all go away.
Getting a lawyer will almost guarantee no points on your license.
I can barely afford the ticket let alone a lawyer. I’ll just take the one point I will have after a class according to the trooper.
If you don’t have anything useful to say why say are you posting? Was this an attempt at a funny or something? …Thanks to the people who actually helped answer my question.
I’ve had a few tickets, some for speeding, some for other violations…all I did was pick up a copy of my CLEAN driving record from the DMV ($10) and show up for court. I dress approprietly,am respectful - show my clean driving history - get them reduced to a parking ticket, or the minimum fine ( $10 on fix it tickets or something like that) …never had any points… just usually have to pay surcharges.
I really like this one.
FALSE. I brought a lawyer to my first two speeding tickets that I got on the same road at the same stop, and still got points. It’s really about the town and the prosecutor, so appear respectable and speak clearly.
Don’t get a ticket in Buffalo, just don’t.
yeah, layzie Sr. is def the one to go to here
