So I used to be able to go to my favorite Russian music download site without a problem. The about a week ago, I noticed that I could no longer get to it. I thought it may have been shut down, but then I tried it on my laptop while at UB and I was able to access the site. I went home that night and…nothing. The next day I went to work and tried to access the site. It came up no problem. I go home that night and…nothing. I just get a Roadrunner search engine saying that they couldn’t find my site but shows suggestions of other sites to try. One of the links is for the very site I am trying to access.
So, to me, that means Time Warner is blocking that site.
Question is, can I get around that somehow?

The DNS doesn’t seem to be resolving, but you can go there directly with http://217.199.213.247
Edit: Try using OpenDNS’ nameservers as boardjnky suggested. Works for me, https://www.opendns.com/start
yeah, my local machine cannot do a host on the domain, but I can get the host query from the unix server at UB.
Yeah I’m going to assume Time Warner blacklisted them.
