I’ve been too lazy to setup online bill pay since they switched to the new system…

So now I just wait for TW to call me and tell me my bill is late…then punch in the CC# and boom all set.

Cost: minimal late charges

I havent gotten a bill in months. Im waiting for them to cut it off.

Joe it seems you make enough money that perhaps you should pay your bill a few months in advance like I do so that you don’t have to worry about late charges at all. When you run out after 6 months they’ll call you.

their new online system is shitty, I have been calling them monthly to make the payment.

I do that with electric and nat gas

lol, TW f’ed up our billing for a couple periods in a row. Suffice it to say that we are now on the JoesTypeS plan.

The retards at TW had a hyperlink on their site to the online billing, that went to an error 404 page.

This went on for about 3 months.

I got the call they were going to shut off service the other day, and a bill in the mail telling me when they were coming to turn it off. It was a recording though so your plan isnt going to work. I had autopay linked to my cc and once they stopped billing it I stopped paying the bill. I paid it online when I got the shutoff notice.

They called me, it’s automated, it says “Hi this is TW, we haven’t received your payment yet, if you’d like to pay now press 1”
