This is fun. I did the same with the dish network switch and now my roadrunner just completely sucks. It won’t sync at all sometimes, sometimes it will after a cold boot and drops after 5-10 minutes. Awesome? and somehow DSL isn’t even available at all at my house in amherst.
OK, now they’re just fucking with me. I got my bill for this month and there was a $25 installation fee on there. I didn’t get anything installed, I canceled my cable. I called and they quickly admitted it was a mistake and remove the charge, but jesus, these morons can’t do anything right.

My TW/adelphia is always fine… when nothing goes wrong or changes. To me it always seems like an irritable car (vw? saab?). Works great, but if you do anything to upset the status quo 50 other problems show up, and getting them straight is 10x more of a pain in the ass than it should be.
