Timing Belt Job Performed Twice

If someone showed up at my door with new pads and rotors and paid me x amount of money to install them, then I get a call 5kmi later saying they are in Florida and hitting the brake pedal vibrates the steering wheel out of their hands, id say stop driving like a moron and you wont warp rotors.

In this case driving like a moron doesnt make a motor jump time. Not customers fault. I would however want to be sure it was a part failure or my own error before sending a check. Did a brand new tensioner fail? Does ECS stand by their parts? Or did A.S.S. leave something loose? Those are the only questions here.

At this point though, the installer would blame the parts, the parts manufacturer would blame the installer, and it just goes on and on.
