So when I set it to 0 degrees, 2nd mark on the crank pulley. When I go to start it. it cranks but the crank pulley moves. Is that supposed to happen? and I’ve set the cas where its supposed to be. What else can it be?
ya dude im pretty sure the crank moves when the engine cranksover.
Then theres no need to set that at the 2nd mark? Or should I set it there every time I wanna try starting it?
Set it to TDC when putting in the CAS…it wont start just cuz you put the crank pulley on tdc…it just needs to be there when you put in the CAS…there should be 2 marks on the CAS…and i think the one closest to the end should be a bit off to the left from the 2nd mark…then when you put it in that mark closest to the end should turn and match up with the 2nd one…hope that helps.
I tried that and no luck. Maybe my tps is fucked?
So do I take out the cas, then set crank pulley to tdc. put in the cas and then try?
or do I take out cas set it to mark put it in and then set to tdc?
K well I took off valve cover, made the cas perfect.
and it still hasn’t started

Your tps probably has nothing to do with this…because the car would run but run like shit…you could try to set it…the way i did it was by using an SAFC and then press the gas pedal all the way down and adjust the tps until it says 100% throttle on the SAFC. How did you check for spark/fuel? is your fuel pump priming?..check your ecu to make sure its turning on and check all connections to make sure nothing is unplugged. Maybe even check the ecu for codes?
Well I took out spark plugs, grounded them to engine and I cranked it and I saw sparks.
I took off the line for the fuel and it squirted fuel.
I can’t tell if the ecu is on, how do I check if my ecu is all good.
mine had a red light that light up everytime it was on

mmmmm try switching your ignitor ship for one that you know 100% is working and if that doesnt fix the problem then i say your wiring is messed somewhere
so i took out an injector to see if it was misting any fuel.
i cranked it. nothing was misting. but when i let go of crank. fuel gushed out of the hole from the head. what does that mean?
and when i put the injector back in, i tried to start it.
it cranked and it sounded like it was about to start but it stalled and it didn’t sound so good plus there was smoke coming out of spark plug area.
ok so i did ecu code check and it read 21 - Ignition Signal so it might be my ignitor chip?
