I have 2 options right now i can either go with yoko avs es 100s or falken azenis.
the es100s are a hair more expensive and will last a bit longer and better in the rain but the azenis grip a lot better and are cheaper but not as good in the rain and won’t last as long.

ive heard they suck in the rain, but their survivable if you keep you speed under control… i hope they dont suck to bad… i dont feel like tossing my winter rims back on when it rains because of that.
i got ES100’s on my ride and the wifes ride…decent tire.
i think they are one of the best bag for your buck tires
as long as your not hitting deep puddles at 100mph your fine.

yeah my buddies that run azenis for autox switch them on the street because of the wear/lack of stability in the rain, i’m not really hard core winning when i autox (i just like to compete with my friends) and the es 100’s are a better tire i think, especially when i can get them in a 235 40 cheaper. also the azenis have an abnoormally tall sidewall even though labeled as being 45 series the over all diameter is bigger i dont think they’ll fit (those who have seen the talon lately it’s a bit slammed)
