I’m needing a set of new tires and like to know where most find the best bang for the buck for tire shops in GTA.
It would be nice to find a place that can come close to price matching TireRack or DiscountTireDirect. I’m leaning towards the Sumitomo HTRZ III’s. 245/40 18 and 275/30 19
2nd Time around Tires Keel and Finch. I purchased 3 sets of tires there in the last 3 years. they have the best deals. you pay for the tire, and everything else is done for you no extra hidden charge. I got Yokohana for a honda civic for $135 each out the door everyone else was asking $160 plus tax. I got Hankook winter tires for $160 each out the door every one else was asking $180 plus tax. When i got my Rims they threw in wanli’s for $50 each…

Recently the deals are not that good, but in May I got 245 40 18 Dunlop Direzza DZ101, for $210. Which is still pretty good. And your right about the Warranty. Its a personal prefence if your want to spend and extra 100 dollars per tire for warranty/piece of mind, and to be honest I would love to have it, but I just dont have the means to pay anymore than I already have. So far i ve been lucky and never had any kind of issues with the tires I have purchased. 2nd Time is a busy place and to get a deal you have to show up and wait and take what ever they have in stock, that kind of shopping is not for everyone. I wish I got the Direzza star spec, but I took what they had and I got a little discount on the tire as well. In my opinion its the best Bang for the Buck, but things change in this business like any other and the competition catches up. So shop around…
