Talk to a retread shop. Might be your best option, they can do it and have the tire stay uniform all the way around.
Try to find a smaller one, bigger production shops probably won’t help, but I used to work at one, and unless someone is capable of doing it for you by hand, it’s probably your best option to keep from getting a lumpy/uneven tire.

i seen wheels direct in scarb, mccowan and Shepard i have personally watched them shave tires for some race Porsche rac ecar. they do an amazing job.
