the police cant ticket you if they didnt see you actually doing it. So why the fuss… so they come ask you a couple questions… you tell them they’re wrong… and believe me… theres nothing better than being able to prove a cop wrong!!! unless he saw you doing it… and maintained a constant visual of you, right up to the point of giving you the notice of offense… then hes really got nothing… so what exactly happend here?? a big fat nothing!!!
