Today sucked....

In the words of Jclark:

“Maintain yo shit”

Ummm… AAA pays for the tow, right? :confused

Only for a couple miles, its something like 5 miles free then $5 a mile after that.

Yeah I think they only covered the first 3 miles for Joe, he ended up having to pay like $100 out of pocket.
Seriously, the Cingular, er well AT&T now, roadside assistance is awesome.
After the VW one ran out on my car, that’s what I got, and for like $3 a month they will take you ANYWHERE. Free.

shit… haven’t used a AAA tow yet. I just thought they payed for it all. Good to know. thanks!

you bought an Audi, getting stranded is part of the fun. :banana

<---- Got stranded. Not fun. :lol

AAA depends on what coverage you have, sometimes they only cover hook up, which is usually 60$ or so and a few miles… ive seen it were they cover the entire trip, but obviously the premium is more.

i got stranded in a DSM, go figure.

hah, yea! espcially when it takes like 5 ppl to push that monster :nod

my eclipse never failed me, my escort did several times

youre eclipse wasnt a real DSM. im talking 1Ga/b here. 4G63 power eclipse, talon, laser.

VW looked at me like I was nust when I told them it was running weird… perks of being a girl. They told me to make sure I pushed in / let out the clutch completely. :wtf
A week later, three out of my four coil packs die, and the car won’t go over 10mph… had to call for a flatbed. Sweet.

hahahaha my coil pack died in my driveway.

My car doesnt have a box with 6 wire plugs. Its like each plug has its own, are those still called coilpacks?

Yes

coil packs= lack of distributor and plug wires coming from distributor

What did you just say? :lol

Coil packs are like… imagine instead of having “plugs ‘n’ wires” you have plugs, and a fucking piece of shit that loves to shit out on the 1.8T engine sitting on top of it.

they shit the bed THAT much? when do they usually go? like 80kmi?

Mine was at 65ish?

I have heard of them going alot sooner though.
Within a few months of someone buying the car.

I am NOT looking forward to my 80-85kmi maintenance bill
