there’s no staple for how much rear pressure to run. Its different amongst the many types of tires and power levels we all run.

You want to be at 32psi hot as a rule of thumb I think. Don’t start too low or you risk unseating your tires, I would recommends starting at around 28psi, then monitor and remove air when you come off the track.
usually those spots are gone by 8:30-845
