id be interested in a cheap bike.
Good luck is all I wish to you folks.
^…
bring in the japanese mid-90s 250s
CBR250RR (honda)
ZXR250 (kawa)
GSX-R250 (suzuki)
FZR250 (yamaha)
40-45hp, 6-spd, 19000 rpm
weee
i brought two in allready, i found that the margins were not high enough since shipping was so much.
But you could fit ALOT more bikes rather than cars into the same 53ft container. Even if margin is smaller, you just need to be able to move more product, and the results grow.
I would also be very interested in a small displacement super sport, like the 400’s or the 250’s. Check out GTAMotorcycle, there’s a very large market for bikes like that. Basically, all beginner bikes are overpriced to shit and hard to find, and most are pretty ghey and slow too. I’d pick that VFR400 over a 250/500 Ninja any day.
Didn’t I just write ALL of that already??? lolzzzz.
yeah, id be down for grabbing one also.
the first picture bike is badass.
Moving more product is an option when there is a great demand for it. How high of a demand do you think there is for a seasonal toy purchased through disposable income in the economy we have today? Not enough imo to justify the little margins you would be making.
One container a year would most likely suffice though for a small profit and you could bloom into a parts business for bikes.
I wonder if you can get insurance for an imported bike. I’d look into that before bringing anything in…?
Doable for sure. I have friends that own em. NSR’s, CBR250RR’s, etc…pretty easy and most of the time, wayyyyy cheaper as the displacement is small.
same 15 year law applies.
