Z4M. Super well balanced chassis, good power band, pretty comfortable for a daily. I really want to like B6 and B7 S4’s, but ive driven a couple and although they where super comfortable I was not impressed by them at all.
i guess I should also throw a vette into consideration but with their low ground clearance I don’t want to rip the bumpers up driving in the snow. On the + side they will never rust.

althought they will run mid 12’s for 400 bucks and are super comfy they lask the smaller lighter car that i’m after. i’m also interested in rwd too.

The 2011 mustang is probably going to be the funnest car you can get for $30k brand new.
S2000’s are also a blast for the money. I would take either of these cars over a G35. I guess if you like spiking your hair up with gel G35’s are cool, but I just see them as ultimate bro cars. E46 M3 should also be on your list. And while an S4 would be awesome as a DD and in the winter it would be the least exciting to drive.
But you are also asking advice from people who for the most part haven’t driven all these cars.

justin just poiinted out to me that audi RS6 is in my price range. That is really fucking tempting!
With what you are looking for and the cars that you had listed I think that the Mustang would be your best bet. I’m basing that on; performance / dollar, modability and future maintenance costs.
