it lets u tow 250km up to 5 times for less the $100
but it takes like 72 hours b4 u can use it

Not sure about CT, but CAA requires that the car wears valid plates ie:sticker.

i have bought one for every one of my cars for less than $100 and get to use it up to five times
for tows, battery charging thingy and any calls
wat i do is i have a set of plates lying around
when i buy the card i call them and give them the datails for the car
they have never asked me if the car is insured or anything
it just doesnt come up lol so then i call the like in three days for a tow
if they ask just say u think something is wrong and want to tow it somewhere
before the tow truck shows up i just bolt on the plates with expired tags and everything
the tow truck guy doesnt care
he still gets paid
