anyone know of any townhouses for rent in the south hills area? i perfer around the castle shannon, bethel, pleasant hills area… gotta have a driveway or garage!
throw up some places you have in mind
Supposedly there are cheap townhouses w/ garages available in Monroeville.
Good luck finding something, seems like you are a bit picky.
it would take me over an hour and a half to get to work driving thru that traffic
heritage hills in jefferson. dont think they have garages but they are affordable. there are some lil apartments with garages just past option firehall on streets run that has garages (just past it heading away from 51) not sure if they are renting or not. decent aparts. behind south hills bowl also. not sure about parking once again.
apartments are for dummies
Im still jealous of your place…
haha, thanks.
:bigthumb: :bigok:

theres a nice townhouse in castle shannon i found, called about it… but its a 3 bedroom, 697 a month… kinda looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom at around 600 or so…
and ya bics, If i were looking to buy a ranch is what it would be, i found a NICE remodeled ranch in castle shannon for around 80,000. decent backyard and everything, but its on a hill (which this hill is HORRIBLE in winter) so kinda not leanin towards that…
only thing that pisses me off is that the girlfriend is sooo goddamn picky! i’ve found quite a few decent ranch / split level entry’s in the south hills but she wants the damn thing to be just the way she likes it…
i keep telling her all we’d have to do is put a little money in it over like a 2 year period or so and turn around and sell it… But she wants shit to be just the way she likes it once she moves in, which is so stupid. she also sits and stares at the $250,000-$600,000 houses and states thats what she wants
I bought my ranch 2 years ago and within 2 months I had the kitchen and bathroom remodled, and the entire house repainted. I liked having to remodle the kitchen…it is how I like it and I redesigened the layout…so a little work in a way is good. But for renting townhouses are nice but for $100 or so more per month you can own…but it all depends on your situation…so good luck
believe me i would of rather of bought but…
we searched and looked at 57 homes
ranging from 60,000-180,000 and for what we found and what we can build its a way better decision for us to rent right now save buy land and build a new…and no not a through togther ryan or morandia home
her father can get us realll really good deal on meterials and for what we can get a new built turn key and live for 150,000 is way way far better then anything out there…
so when your first moving in renting isnt a bad option, for awhile
but if can buy and not be as pickey then go for it…there are plently of programs out there that help younger poeple afford alot more expensive home just gotta watch…
my townhouse is 350 a month but im with 2 other people… and im in hopewell over in beaver county
sign up and there is alot around…
