Toyo or Falken?

Wait, are you talking about toyo tires in general or proxes 4?

Toyo Tires in general are good, they have one of the best multi-session tires out there, and offer great contigency programs.

I have never read a review, or driven on them and I can guarantee that they will be more than adaquate for 99.5% of driving situations.

:cjerk:

I have $30 Walmart Special Winterforce tires on my car right now, and I have not slide anywhere.

well, you chose to defend the quality of toyo in a performance category, so in that respect, i dont think you are autocrossing in winterforces, so there goes that comparison :cjerk:

he compared a proxes4 with an azeni…usually when people suggest a falken azeni tire in a comparison, its being used in a competitve or at least aggressive method, in which falkens excel. to rate a toyo proxes 4 as a performance tire, it simply does not rate well…simple enough? if he wants a longer lasting tire that rides quieter, he should not be considering an azeni. so with the given parameters of his question, i think i answered it very simply, whereas you chose to bring into the discussion a completely different tire. with your method of justifying toyo as a good tire, i could say the bridgestone re92’s that come factory on subarus must be as good as an re070

I have the Proxes T1-S. It’s a pretty damn good tire…
