Most definitely. The look of this thing will be ruined in final prodcution form when they have to raise it 4 inches in order to comply with safety regulations.

They’re not horrible looking wheels. They certainly appeal to the mass markets who will make up most of the sales, they just not us “car” people who automatically picture the car with a nicer set of wheels.
I pretty much picture every car with a set of RPF01 or BBS wheels on it anway.
sat in one at the auto show - very impressed. Felt like my old Celica, which was awesome.

i wonder how it looks with the top up though. i would have to park it in my garage at all times other than when i’m driving it on a sunny day lol. the convertible makes this car seriously 10x more appealing to me and i don’t like convertibles at all really.
I agree. I cant see the photos right now but I wonder if it’ll be a rag top or a hard shell top. Either way itll look better topless and better than the coupe version.
I like i as a coupe… as a convertible the S2000 is better in just about every way

I think it takes away from the point of the car to begin with. I cant imagine that the vert doesnt add significant weight.

Yes usually a convertible adds some weight, but I haven’t really heard of people ever complaining about a Miata top weighing the car down lol Most new cars weigh 4000lbs anyways even if they’re only 2 door lol

interesting enough it seems on s2ki a lot of people who own an s2000 are getting rid of them for this car. I really don’t know why. i think the s2000 are better looking for the most part. however i guess this car has a much better interior (seating wise) annnddd. that’s about it lol. more tq presumably. but i’d imagine this car is a little heavier so it’s probably a wash.
it looks better than the stupid ass 4 door Porsche that’s for sure! fuck the panamera. I would haul my family around in one though
