I just had my pedals recalls done on my matrix exactly one week before the incident. so in the court today, I bs my way out by showing DA the recall invoice from northtown and explaining the reason was due to the fact that my pedal system has been intensely modified and altered. therefore, i still not used to the sensitivity level. I didnt think it would get thrown out because the cop issued the ticket also gave me the supporting deposition on the spot that said Direct Observation Speed Verified By: RADAR. i’m just glad that i dont have to deal with school and fines.[/FONT]

lol. If I was the judge I would have probably laughed at you and gave you a pretty good reduction for the good story. I am impressed that it was thrown right out though.

my luck has been really shitty recently and i needed this one. got two tickets just in november, and the last one i had prior to the two was like 4-5 yrs ago. anyway, my other ticket is for faliled to keep right. if you guys have driven on NF blvb by the falls you know how many potholes there are, there are like countless and they all are on the right side. so i tried to avoid it by driving right between the pothole and yellow lines and might have been on the yellow but def. not over it. my observation is that everyone does it, guess just no luck in november. hopfully i can pull it off this time again. wish me luck.
but no lame pedal excuse for the up coming court day.
