I breezed right past it, thanks to being mostly literate. I actually read the sign by the 33 that said “All lanes closed at 290.”
So I got in the left and breezed past the mile of traffic waiting to find out why there was a traffic jam to get onto 290.
Time for some 50 - 150 rolls!
