:eyebrow: Has anyone been on transit road in the williamsville area today? It honestly look like some kid went down the road and painted random lines of tar everywhere. Its horrible. It seriously looks like there is a vein system to the road. My car was pulling all over the place from all the tar lines. W…T…F…
yeah, i noticed it from main st to maple. it blows and traction is non-existent. can’t wait for winter
It really blew me away the amount of lines that are in the road. THey could have just redone the whole damn thing and it would have taken half the time
Seriously…garbage
i’ll be sure to stay off of transit with the bike.
erie county tax dollars being well spent…
i also noticed that shit wtf
yeah, try riding a motorcycle on that shit, it’s scary as hell. lane changed take like 1/8 mile i swear, lol. they’re like bubble gum too, i can leave footprints in them that stay for a good 15 seconds.
I noticed it yesterday. It must have taken forever! What’s the point of doing all that…
yea i was gonna ask you yesterday jon about that , i was like i don’t remember there being all these lines like this? lol garbage indeed
Honestly…Im glad they did that as a temp fix instead of ripping up that part of transit for months.

lol no shit
anyone remember when they spent, I don’t know how much money and a shit load of time, converting like 3 miles of rt.5 in Hamburg to a 2 lane highway (one each way).
After like 2 months, and many many many complaints from people who lived on rt.5 that honestly couldn’t get out of their driveways because traffic was so congested, they finally switched it back to 4 lanes.
the person who decided that was a good idea should of lost their job
They do this sort of thing every year…They always have crews out sealing cracks before winter…its not something new.
Its not new, but the amount of tar that they put down was just mind boggling. If you haven’t seen it, take a trip out to good ol’ transit road. I have never seen that much in one area. It looks like a big mural or something. I just wonder if there wasn’t a better solution. Glad I don’t have to drive on it much.
well union road in cheek/ws is getting repaved this week, and I must say, they are hauling ass in doing it

oh I know…I was coming home the other night and was like wow this is sweet and distracting at the same time.
They just did Maple road too, between North Forest and Hopkins, and they did it pretty fast. I am still unsure why they did it tho, as the bad section is between North Forest and Millersport, where there are literally speed bumps every 100 feet!
Who decides what gets done?
Uhh atleast they got the lines fixed on Maple & Northforest…
yea i was out last night w/ oroc and shit got scray when i hammered it to chase a vette… then turning off main onto transit i think it was sherm at the light doing some sick heaters :carnut: j/k

agreed, all roadwork should be done at that pace!
