I mean maybe he initially ran to the truck, then turned around, came back and threw on pants and boots while the truck floated down the ditch, and THEN went to help. It’s possible. But leave it up to the internet to find this stuff.
I see some are suggesting it was another cnn person in the shorts, but then the next question is where did that person go in the later shots?
