i will meet this young man one day. maybe he wont be a young man anymore if he does some time but his experience is noteworthy for our time.
I seriously doubt he does any time. He’s going to get a ton of money and a good lawyer will win this pretty easily as a self defense case based on the video evidence.
you really think so? i suspect he’ll have to do some sort of time even though the guys he shot were by no means saints and certainly did agress.
The two we have lots of video of are clear cut “reasonable fear for your life”. The one I haven’t seen a lot of video of us the first one, where he shot the pedo in the head. There have been several photos and accounts saying the guy was throwing molotov cocktails and if that’s true it’s also a good shoot.

I think they said the first guy was chucking bricks that were is plastic bags.
You can clearly see in this video that the dude was chasing him and throwing things at him. To me this blatantly shows Kyle was trying to retreat and get away while this dude was trying to kill/harm him. Kyle even tries to give the guy aid after until a group of rioters start running up on him. That is when he leaves to go to the cops.

I feel he should get off on self defense but he may deal with repercussions with being a minor and having a gun. Sad truth, less than a year and the Federal Government would hand him a gun if he just signed a contract. So not sure how he’s not mature now but will be in a few months. lol
Yeah, but that’s just a class A misdemeanor, doesn’t even rise to the level of felony. With his clean record he’d likely get parole if that’s all they get him on.

All depends on how they want to take the definition of the law, you could say he was under supervision of someone over the age of 18 so its perfectly legal.

The prosecutor is going to ask him why he was down there in the first place I would imagine.
Someone needs to make this into a shirt with the proceeds to go to his legal defense team and more ammo.
Doesn’t matter does it? Its a free country, if I want to chill in the parking lot of a family owned business with my peps I can right? I shouldn’t have to worry about an angry riot killing me should I?

Imagine the riots this will create if they let him go/he’s found innocent.
That’s what his defense will have to argue.
It’s probably good they went ahead and charged him with murder 1, its going to be next to impossible to prove he went there with intent to murder these specific people. Good luck proving that…I hope he sues the media’s balls off for slander as well.
