They had private email ACCOUNTS. They didn’t run their own home brew server, then bleach bit 30k emails after they were subpoenaed.

Saying Hillary was sending secrets is misleading. The worst I’ve seen is that she was exchanging the lowest level of classified stuff with other people who had clearance also. which is why she didn’t get thrown in jail unless I’m missing something.

You can get authorization to move that sort of data to your house/remote site but there is a list of security requirements based on classification level.
You mean when they deleted 33k emails, used BleachBit on the server and literally took hammers to phones after the subpoena they didn’t leave the most incriminating ones on there for the FBI to review? Shocking.
I’m trying to go by fact. Did I miss that there was some evidence of high level getting sent? Platt River (the MSP) wouldn’t put Hillary on an unsecured network and didn’t from what I know. that said, anything is hackable and secure is debatable.
You’re not grasping the point here you can’t take classified/secret/top secret information and move it to another server like that.
Moving it to an internet facing server is moving data to an unsecured network. The internet = Unsecured network

what she was doing isn’t much different than what most other politicians where doing (or wish they did) or that she did this with the intent of committing some crime. it just comes down to politics in the end and we have two crappy candidates who are both scumbags in their own ways but both want to make America better.
Noting would make me happier than her winning then getting impeached and having Kane take it over. Maybe that’s a bit strong, this is the best outcome I can hope for.

This is the biggest cop out I’ve seen yet. First off, as you admitted earlier, NO OTHER POLITICIANS WERE RUNNING THEIR OWN SERVERS. Secondly, “everyone else is doing it”, even if it’s true, isn’t an excuse for breaking the law. I can’t get away with it when I get pulled over doing 75 in a 65, and she sure as hell shouldn’t get away with it on something as serious as mishandling classified information.

So you want the FBI to release the classified documents for your review? I think you aren’t on the list to see classified emails and the FBI isn’t going to rush to say they found stuff. Her actions are bullshit for someone in that position with that clearance and a clear indication to subvert monitoring and logging provided by the normal infrastructure on top of also deleting and that idiot IT guy asking the internet how to search and scrub records.

Interesting point. Guy who predicted every election since 1984 correctly is still saying Trump will win. I think it is going to be a lot closer than people think. Bush/Gore and popular vote issues seem like it may happen or things like Bush/Kerry where there was so much shit happening during the election.
