No, the url can not be anything.
the system will check that one of the users created the thread, that it is in the classified section and that the other user has at least one post in said thread. If someone weasels their way around that, any admin or mod can review the feedback list and edit or delete.
This is going to be good!
Question though, If there was no FS thread, and both parties PM a mod can good feedback be given to both parties?
