clock the turbo a little down and it should clear

u can’t clock the turbo any differently to clear, cuz that’s how its supposed to bolt to the flange.

that mani looks like a pos lol?

cut off the wastegate flange and have it re-welded to clear the turbine housing

Big pictures =/= good pictures.

Either get a spacer to fit in between the turbo and the manifold, or grind away some material on the manifold…don’t go through it though.

Those don’t work, your looking at a welding job or a new manifold unfortunately.

Yeah definately going to require a new flange man, that’s really not even close.

just get longer bolts, an extra flange, and use two gaskets to make a spacer of about 3/8" to set the turbo down more so you can get a wastegate in there. otherwise get a small elbow of 1.5" ID exhaust tubing and another wastegate flange, and weld the tubing to redirect the wastegate section upward and further away from the manifold, and put the new flange on the end of that. Or, if there is enough room, turn the turbo around so it offsets to the rear instead of the front.

wht mani is that?

This is old news… We addressed this issue by making a spacer that rotates the WG. The mani does seem to be designed to have the exhaust side tucked under and have the compressor to the left. Any ways our welder is MIA… Wild Bill where the fuck are you?

the wg flange is just welded at a shitty angle, pointing down. if it was just level, it’d clear fine

Hard to tell i would say turbo looks like it needs to be flipped around.

Not with out a welder

Thats what I said/ think

the problem w/ flipping the turbo around is, then u gotta re do the whole downpipe setup, and in some cars it might interfere w/ the PS and AC hardware…unless the DP isnt made yet, then yeah try that

Rewelding would be the way to go. So far the way we did it is working
