i then sent it out to majestic turbo’s in texas for rebuild… porting and cliping…
as you can see the replaced all screws and bolts… did some kind of coating to everything from the outside… installed a new shaft with exhaust wheel… mine was scored… ported the wastegate and even coated the t bird wheel…
the toy… nothing great… just a toy while i save money
total cost for everyting mentioned above was 401$ shipped to me…

Did you look into Forcedperformance’s rebuilding services at all? They quoted me 300$ for my rebuild of that same turbo.

i got quoted 200$ and then once it got there!! another story…
reason being it costing 401$ was because…
the exhaust wheel and shaft needed replaced… due to scoring on the shaft… 125$ and then the normal rebuild… 225$ then he ported the wastegate and nitraited the whole thing…
