We are gonna be flying next year. 8s!
That would be nice! I just want a 9.9!!!
We will get that on shakedown passes
First pass 9.7 @145. LoL
This thing really will scream. I learned a lot about the tuneup side of things on how to get these turbo auto cars down the track that I think will help Jim out a bunch too. For instance on the same boost level I went from 6.3@118 to 5.8@125 1/8mi times on tuneup changes alone.
Very similar combo to my nova but better turbo and way better intake mani. @jt76 you need to buy a trailer so when we go racing we don’t need AAA every time. Also mount your IC so we can make some cold side pipes. I think on the side to the TB we should run a 4" if possible. I will be doing that to mine this winter.
A trailer is certainly on my list of things to buy, thats why i bought the truck… as long as both of us don’t break at the same time haha. I agree on the 4" IC piping, if for nothing else it looks awesome
Im gonna make the switch this winter. Want to split a builder kit from Columbia river???!!!???! should be enough for both of us.
I would be down, idk if a full 4" is going to fit (giggity), packaging up front is getting tight, might have to settle for 3"
I will buy a 4" builder kit from Columbia River and hopefully we can make it work for you too. Mine will be a squeeze as well but I will figure it out.
Also it should give us some extra to make some exhaust parts or whatever.

Looks great Jimbo. Drew/Jim, I may be buying to tinker toys from Columbia river soon… we should see if we can get a group discount. Likely a 2.5" and 4" SS builder kit, as well as some aluminum…
Do I get to weld any of it?
Pie cuts everywhere! Make it fit !
That would be invited! I’m struggling to justify spending money/time on this car as it just sits, so I certainly won’t be buying a TIG (i say that now). I’ll probably just tack it together, and would likely reach out for your services
turbo the world
Turbo for my tahoe. Next racing trend, cars and pickups are yesterday’s news.
