ramairetransam , most ppl on here just said they liked the jetta better (like i said 3 times already, to each their own). It happenes , not everyone is gonna feel the same about a car. No need to get all defensive. Nobody ever said the jetta was fast … so the pics of your 1/4 just dug yourself deeper. If you take offense this easy , this is not the board for you. Everyone on here, is an asshole in some way or another… but all in fun (most of the time)

trans am guy, your car is worth 5k. cost 30k new. my 2000 vw golf tdi cost 18k new and worth 5k right now. dude his tdi blows your nest out of the water in almost ever aspect except 1/4mi racing…

Now back to the car. Are you gonna do any mods to it? I thought I saw a tuner was out there for it and maybe an intake.

chip is a must. i heard intakes dont really help much but i could be wrong…im not a tdi buddy…

replaced and reprogramed BCM
euro tails on the way

with the emission technology built into the car it’s hard to mess around with the intake and exhaust unless you do a lot of tweaking with the computer

I thought I’d get some support on the Gp forums since my car is a w body like the Gp and got very little support. I guess no one like my Monte except me. But I was very shocked at the little amount of support. But looks are subjective. And some of what people said are true towards the vw.
