That’s why I did jdm SiR bumpers and an SiR lip. It’s still oem, fit perfect, but still gives the car its own look. I wouldn’t even have gotten the jdm bumpers if I didn’t get backed into in a parking lot. I would have kept OEM.
It’s not so much Civics around here anymore. There’s a TON of neons that are ridiculous looking now.

my thing lately is really bad taste…its one thing to have a body kit, bling-bling wheels, etc…its not my thing but if its done right its somewhat tolerable.
…but lately i’ve seen some awful shit…just tacky crap like a big as wing, ugly ass wheels (not lowered so 4x4 look) tezza tails & the popular APC sticker.
and it seems like everyone & their mother has a fart can on their car now.
just last week gearhead & i were out somwhere & saw a SUV(grand cherokee i think it was) with that shitty pepboys aluminum wing on it.
it only runs 11’s, of course it’s rice. if you were in the 10’s it wouldn’t be rice at all.
i’m not bustin balls but stick on fake hood scoops are awful…IMO.

i’m not a fan of functional ones on WS6’s let alone fake ones on trucks.
its just my opinion but i don’t like them on anything…STi’s, grandam ram-air, etc…
the wrx is tolerable but if i owned one i’d get a front mount & a regular hood.
ya, i know what u mean…F-bod hood scoops r my fav tho… i love them. but i’d never get those aftermarket hoods for my ws6 or if i had an SS…they arent as cool. they r perfect from the factory. the grand-am is ok, but it doesnt really fit the car IMO…STI’s look cool.
my first car will prolly be a civic or accord, just an exhaust, shave body, detail, intake, and black wheels after i save some money.
