We’re going to have it catered professionally so there won’t be any waiting for the grill or serious setup.

I have opened up the registration page in it’s current form for this event. It has been tested but not thoroughly so if you register and Pay, please post up in here so that I can verify everything is working as expected.

Catering by BW’s Barbeque [SIZE=“2”](given 30 or more registrations… we have to guarantee totals to them)
Cost: $11 / Person. This cheaper than any other year and we are having it catered!!
If you want to bring a guest, please let Mike, tpgsr know via PM before you register so that he can give you a link that allows you to register more than one person.

We know that this is semi short notice, but it was pretty tough to get an open date locked in.
We need to have all registrations processed by this Thursday 4/29 at midnight so that we can pay the catering company on Friday morning.

We will be posting up what is on the menu soon, and taking feedback / suggestions, but expect it to be something like Chicken / Pork and some sides. They have great food no matter what we get from there.

Update for some users having issues:
The registration script was ported over from the other site and still has some glitches in it. I worked them out the best that I could, but if you can not proceed all of the way, either PM me and I can force it (Like the email issue) or I will put the paypal address in the first post and you will need to email me the confirmation and your username so that I can add you to the list. mgleeson@gmail.com for emailing the confirmation
