Glad to stop out today and meet a few of you. I haven’t been to a nyspeed meet since the days of purging ubrf.org and Mighty Meets, so the faces have changed a lot over the years. I offered my torque steer salute of chirping tires when I left, not sure if you guys were laughing with me or at me LOL. Good times, good times.

Glad to see I did not miss much.Sad how bad the meets and this site have become. I remember the days we hated on burnouts at meets… Then again more then 20 people showed up to those meets.
I had a good time…wish I had some of those extra ribs right now…

While it sounds like a lame post, there is some truth underneath it…burnouts and the like got us kicked out of places…and the meets were huge back in the day…
Now granted, times always change, and there are certainly a lot more quality cars, and better built cars than in the past (overall), but yeah the scene in 2010 is certainly a lot different than when I came around in 2001-2002…
I just wish I had the time these days to still do it like I did back then, even just a couple years ago…

Just for you nitro I think eveyone there today had a blast and there was a ton of people not sure where you get the size as an issue thing. i think the perfect amount of people showed up. Food was great, people were great, and WAAAAAAAAAAAAA I know car guys HATE heaters. Get fucking real man. Sorry we are not trying to make a life out of standing in a parking lot we had a day there and it was a blast.
Go do some roll races and be better then the rest of us because that is SO SAFE AND ADULT.

My license plate is about the only one in the burnout vids, thanks. lol My only complaint about the burnouts is the fact that people were doing them right when people were walking in the area. You guys couldn’t wait 2 minutes until it was clear?
