I was shocked that we saw NO patrol of any kind. LAst time the park ranger guys hung around for 90% of it. I agree with the innocent bystanders, some of them looked pretty scared.
No one let anything happen. Once people left the shelter and were in vehicles they were out of the control of anyone. I am sure that no one in charge cared what those folks did, but it was there prerogative once they left the shelter itself. Even some random people like Shark Mustang Guy tried to do burnouts.
Food was good thanks to josh and mike ( and whoeverelse) to setting this up. ii keep attending these things thinking the crowd/people will get better. they dont. immature kids driving dalies that appear to have no clue and would freek if they got dirty.
I had a good time. I met a bunch of really cool people. It is nice to put a face to the board name. All told I think about 50 cars came and went at various times throughout the day.
all those damn immature people that wash their cars! silly them for owning nice things and wanting to keep them clean.
such poor people in their M Cars, STi, Evo’s, new audis etc. Ugh they’re soooo poor. They should all have camaros.
Always people not saying anything in person, but start talking shit about people on the internet…
Had a good time, the food was tasty too. I didn’t stick around too long as I had other things I needed to take care of yesterday, but the videos filled me in on what happened later. =P Thanks for organizing it!
For the sake of the park or wherever we are next time I deff think it is a decent idea to chill then cruise out somewhere for the “fun”. I just didn’t want to wait all day I had things to do.
I had a ton of fun yesterday though and that was like my first event of the season. Great times!!!
Looked like a good time! I would have loved to have made it out but I’ve become so wrapped up with shit around the house that I haven’t yet gotten around to even getting my car out of storage:( Food, heaters, and meeting some new people would have been a nice way to spend Sunday…much better than being locked down with a kitchen remodel:(
