Updating resume.

I’m updating my resume and I’m at a loss of words for the moment.

I’m trying to summerize the following into a few buzzish words and be able to atach that to a quantity.

following up on customer issues, potential business issues and complaints

I currently have:

Resolved XXX cases to date that resulted in enhanced relationships, retained business, reinforced initiatives and identified potential problems that may affect business work flow.

but i don’t like that word cases

:picard: Delete that whole fucking mess and say something of content.

I lost interest half way though trying to read that. Too long an drawn out, it needs to be short and to the point.

Or multiple points even, but not one long sentence.

Try using as many buzz words as possible…also try not to list any actual work/projects you have accomplished only theory

The more synonyms you use the better!

I’ve done official paid work helping people with their resumes before…

I agree with Fuzzy, split it into multiple bullets. One task per sentence.

I can’t give you anymore help because I don’t know what the job/position is that you are working on.

List your accomplishments, the impact they made on your company, how you grew sales or closed XXX number of opportunities.
