6 years old sittin on my uncles shoulders commin up to the point where i’m able to see into the arena floor and all of the sudden i heard the loudest noises i ever heard in my life and i see a massive orange truck called AWESOME KONG II. It was to that point the most amazing thing i could have ever thought of. the floor was cleared and they went through the truck and tractor pull part of the show. One truck blew its engine and made so much smoke they had to open part of the roof. after that they brought the monster trucks out and ran over a bunch of cars sprayed painted with words like “ouch” or " jakes towing service" when it was all done i remember goin down on the floor and sittin in a monster truck tire.
the other biggest thing was I’m sitting in a dark civic arena aticipating what was about to happen next when the man is yellow n red appeared and the music started and the biggest roar i’ve ever heard at any sporting event to this day. “i am a real american…” hogan came down and beat earthquake in a stretcher match.
probably NHL AllStar weekend. i got to go to all thevent that weekend and sit at Mike Lang’s table for the players diner. also i got a signed Lemieux stick and poster from that weekend. awesome.
second is any other penguin game of significance cause i had season tix most of my life.
third was the Pantera concert in 01 (i think). they were so good that night and it was the last time i got to see Dime in person.
one was the night they honored my granddad for naming the team and him being given an autographed mario jersey and all kind of pens swag as well as being on the jumbo screen
and when mario made his return from cancer against the flyers he scored 4 goals and they won 9-3
I remember going to the All Star game skills competition. Meeting Mario, Jaromir, Trottier, Hull, Stevens, Barrasso…touching Lord Stanley’s Cup. Going through the tour of the locker rooms on fan day. My dad signing up for Pennvision( fucking shit never worked) lol I did go to a monster truck thing way way back.I remember I had this white sweatshirt with a dirtbike guy on it and all these neon colors, then big foot came out and beat up on grave digger.
good ole sampsonII, i saw him, virginia giant, goliath and hercules one time i went. i think i’ve been to more USHRA events than pens games there. I can’t wait till febuary, GRAVEDIGGER!!!

The All-Star year was awesome. I have a Lemieux signed stick and a ton of stuff signed from everyone. I got a pic with the cup. I had a sweet mullet back then.
I was there when ManKind got thrown off the top of a cage at a cage match and then when he accidently fell through it.
I was there this year sitting 3rd row when Crosby won the shootout versus Montreal.
I was there when my friend Adam Jones won the freestyle motocross event. All the people screaming at some kid who is coming back to your house to party afterward is pretty cool.
