Alright so I read whatever they call that thing, the import list or such.

So I read in the column under “15 years or older” it says “all are admissible”, but I as I read the top of the page it says something about active restraints vs passive, will this rule pertain to the 15 year at all? Or is the seatbelt rule above all.

The seatbelt thing seems vague I don’t really understand it, if someone is willing to tell it in normal terms that’d be great.

Only reason I’m asking is I have an 1G eclipse that was imported from the US with an automatic seatbelt, but I have been hearing people having problems with Nissan s and their auto seat belts.

Some saturns and Pontiacs have auto seat belts too. I don’t see what the big deal is?

I am guessing what they are talking about has to do with racing harness setups in cars that have had the factory seatbelts removed. You cannot use a racing harness as a street belt here in Canada.
