Verizon Cancel 1 line?

I was wondering if there is anyway to cancel 1 line off a 5 line family plan without penalty or fees. I just need to go fro 5 lines down to 4 lines. Any advice?

i was wondering the same thing, except i want to go from 2 lines to 1

You have to take It down to15 dollar access plan

9.99 < 15

No. in order to cancel a line, you need to cancel it and pay the termination fee.

yea you have to pay the full cancellation fee.

but do you have the select plan? its a lot cheaper than the 69.99 family share. it includes all unlimited text. look into it. I saved a lot.

and ditch the insurance if you have a regular phone like the 8350 or a cheapie. 10*12=120 plus the 50 if you claim. and for that you can get a decent ebay phone.

Wait until Verizon tries to change their service fees for. Its usually a 5-10 cent change every now and then but when you see it you have the right to opt out of your contract. You need to be firm and tell them that the legal bounding contract to them allows you to do so but you can use it to get out.

That is how I dropped mine with 14 months left in my contract.

If it’s somebodys line and they want off your plan you can do the assumption of liability to get them off.

i might be reitterating what you said, but if they want to leave and go on their own plan that is ok with no fee.

I believe so. When my brother kept flaking on his half of my plan I was able to get his number moved to his own plan and I wasn’t charged anything. He did have to sign some paperwork and setup his own account though.
